Qualifications

Responsibilities

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Planner at Binmak Corporation. The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for daily maintenance planning and equipment maintenance tasks. This includes supervisory skills, maintenance management, and detailed work planning and scheduling. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring efficient maintenance operations.

Job Requirements

• Manage the planning and scheduling of an onsite maintenance team
• Ensure related data on document management systems/databases is aligned with procedural standards
• Standardize data input and ensure accurate capture
• Establish/maintain data library and ensure effective distribution thereof
• Track work order progress (system status updates)
• Track availability and status of resources (WFM-MAP)
• Work Package (Planning & Scoping) Coverage
• Process requisitions as required
• Contractor Procurement Management
• Management of repairable items process
• Effective management of backlog
• Shutdown planning
• Creation of WOs from notifications (conversion rate)
• Maintain archive via history analysis and monthly reporting
• Conduct functional audits on documents
• Audit reports on materials consumption/deviations
• Ensure annual estimates are correct
• Update contract prices concerning Life Cycle Cost (LCC) and running costs
• Execute stop/start of maintenance plan concerning end-of-life
• Coordinate internal labor/services requirements with schedulers
• Integrate resource requirements with other areas
• Ensure approved plans per identified item
• Budget and plant maintenance reporting
• Ensure integrity of equipment history/asset register, Bill of Materials (BOM's)
• Facilitate/assist with the change control process
• Analyze equipment performance/historical data in terms of costs/materials usage/ reliability/ availability throughput
• Coordinate Routine Work Maintenance (RWM) reports to foreman and head of maintenance
• Plan resources and track to determine resource availability and performance
• Monitor the reconditioning process to ensure the availability of reconditioned spares and no spares shortages
• Monitor critical spares movement
• Accountable for executing functions as per standard relating to SAP PM master data, planning, and processing
