Job summary

An Eastern Cape based automotive organization is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to address complex operations and elevate maintenance standards. You will lead technical teams, optimize machinery performance, and drive reliability improvements.

Responsibilities include planning preventive maintenance, coordinating spares and Maximo inventory, monitoring plant performance, and guiding safety and skills development through regular meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior maintenance role within the automotive industry.
• GCC certification preferable or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of maintenance staff and optimize performance.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate spares, inventory, and Maximo system for stock control.
