Job summary

RAVA HUMAN CAPITAL seeks a Plant/ Factory Electrical Engineer (GCC Factories) for Mthatha, Eastern Cape, with housing provided. The role requires an electrical engineering degree or diploma and extensive factory-site project experience, including hydraulics, ventillation, pneumatics, dust handling and material handling systems.

The ideal candidate will set electrical test procedures, establish limits and specifications, coordinate with suppliers, and perform periodic checks while supporting

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 minimum.
• Electrical engineering degree or diploma.
• GCC Factories experience is advantageous.
• Strong project management and plant-operations exposure.

Responsibilities

• Set test procedures for electrical equipment with defined limits and specs.
• Use standard test methods from suppliers and perform periodic checks.
• Coordinate testing methods and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage standby duties on the plant and lead project activities.
