Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Lead the Electrical and Instrumentation teams to achieve high performance and operational excellence.
• Manage maintenance and asset reliability programs to maximize plant availability and equipment performance.
• Ensure the continuity and reliability of power generation, steam production, process control systems, and critical plant utilities.
• Oversee electrical distribution networks, substations, transformers, automation, instrumentation, and high-voltage systems.
• Supervise process safety, protection systems, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Drive health, safety, environmental, and risk management initiatives to foster a zero-harm culture.
• Manage departmental budgets, maintenance planning, shutdowns, projects, and spare parts strategies.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts, capital projects, innovation, and technology enhancement initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, asset performance, maintenance effectiveness, and operational efficiency.

Duties:

Requirements:

• Proven experience in maintenance management, asset reliability, and condition-based monitoring.
