Formación

• BSc in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Operate at a GMR2.1 level.
• 7+ years in manufacturing with 3+ years leading engineering teams.
• Batch process manufacturing experience preferred.
• You fix root causes, not just breakdowns.
• You plan shutdowns with Production, not around them.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a Process Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor and Facilities Co-ordinator and drive the site’s automation roadmap.
• Oversee preventive and condition-based maintenance across plant, utilities and buildings.
• Perform root cause analysis to reduce downtime and support capital projects from business case to handover.
• Own the site’s Industry 4.0 and automation strategy.
