Placements24 is seeking a skilled Pipeline Integrity Engineer to join their Randburg team. You will develop and implement integrity management plans, oversee data from ILI tools and NDT methods, and ensure compliance with API/ASME standards to safeguard pipeline infrastructure.

This role emphasizes collaboration with field operations and regulators and offers a pathway to impact safety and reliability across critical energy assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• 4+ years in pipeline integrity management in oil and gas.
• Experience with ILI data analysis and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of API/ASME standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pipeline integrity management plans.
• Oversee data from inline inspection tools, direct assessments, and other NDT methods.
• Assess pipeline risks related to corrosion, mechanical damage and operations.
• Recommend repair strategies, maintenance activities and preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with API, ASME and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and maintenance teams to address integrity issues.
