Clicks Group Limited's Clicks Pharmacy seeks a Pharmacy Manager to lead the dispensary and clinic, ensuring high standards of pharmaceutical care while delivering service excellence.

You will manage operations, stock controls, staff scheduling, and collaborate with the clinic to offer a full health and beauty retail experience. Essential: SAPC registration as Pharmacist and minimum 2 years post-community service, plus 1 year people management.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with SAPC.
• Post community service experience of at least 2 years.
• Minimum 1 year people management experience.
• Registration with SAPC as Responsible Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the pharmacy team to deliver high standards of pharmaceutical care.
• Efficiently manage dispensary operations, stock, shrinkage, and administration.
• Achieve financial targets and ensure compliance with SAPC regulations.
• Integrate with the clinic to provide a full health and beauty offering.
• Develop employees through effective leadership and coaching.
• Drive a cohesive operation between store, pharmacy and clinic teams.
