Job summary

Clicks Group in Cape Town is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee the dispensary and the clinic at Riverside Mall (Rondebosch), ensuring service excellence and SAPC-compliant pharmaceutical care.

You will lead the pharmacy team, manage stock and finances, schedule staff, drive customer service initiatives, and coordinate with the clinic to provide integrated healthcare and a strong brand experience.

Qualifications

• SAPC regulations and ethical practice compliance.
• Stock, cost, risk and compliance management procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of pharmaceutical care and safe dispensing in line with SAPC and Clicks’ regulations.
• Efficiently manage dispensary operations, stock management, shrinkage and administration.
• Ensure dispensary viability through sound financial management and target-focused budgeting.
• Lead, mentor and develop pharmacy staff, learners and interns.
• Schedule staff per labour policy and maintain attendance records.
• Drive customer service initiatives to enhance loyalty and club card participation.
• Integrate clinic services to offer comprehensive patient healthcare solutions.
• Support Clicks’ vision by living company values and driving a high-performing culture.
