Job summary

Clicks Group Limited is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for Clicks Pinewalk Centre in Pinetown. The role leads the dispensary and clinic, delivering high standards of pharmaceutical care and service excellence to meet sales and compliance targets.

The successful candidate will ensure stock control, financial management and staff development, while driving customer experience and collaboration across pharmacy and clinic teams.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with SAPC is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience post community service year.
• Minimum 1 year People Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operation of the dispensary and clinic; lead pharmacy team to deliver high standards of pharmaceutical care and service excellence.
• Manage stock, costs, risk and compliance per SAPC regulations and company standards.
• Schedule staff and manage time and attendance; drive customer service initiatives and integration with clinic.
• Support the Group’s vision to be the customer’s first choice health and beauty retailer by living company values.

Education

Registered Pharmacist with SAPC

2+ years’ experience post community service year

1+ year People Management experience
