Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline services to clients and visitors.
• Manage co-payments, receipts, deposits, and cash invoices.
• Answer calls, screen and transfer when needed; book/reschedule appointments.
• Maintain confidentiality and assist staff with professional empathy.
• Support clinic with general administrative duties as required.
