Clicks Group Limited seeks a receptionist for Unicare 24 Hour Pharmacy in Parklands (Cape Town). The role focuses on frontline customer service, handling calls and appointments, and cash processing with confidentiality.

Essential: Grade 12, experience in pharmacy/clinic or medical office; Desirable: retail experience. Must be able to work shifts until 8pm and sustain high service levels.

Qualificações

• Excellent customer service and client care.
• Strong understanding of clinic operations and patient confidentiality.
• Computer literacy including appointment systems and basic office applications.
• Numeracy skills and accuracy in handling financial transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide frontline services to clients and visitors.
• Manage co-payments, receipts, deposits, and cash invoices.
• Answer calls, screen and transfer when needed; book/reschedule appointments.
• Maintain confidentiality and assist staff with professional empathy.
• Support clinic with general administrative duties as required.
