Job summary

PnS Group is seeking a Sales Representative for the Western Cape, Cape Town, to drive effective sales and merchandising at store level with a focus on the pharmacy channel. You will ensure shelf health, data capture, and strong store relationships while meeting targets.

You will manage field teams, execute visibility programs, and uphold POPIA compliance, contributing to growth and profitability across the client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or NQF level 4.
• 2 years’ experience in FMCG industry.
• 2 years' experience in Retail Pharma Industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure OSA and SOS compliance within Clicks and Dis-Chem.
• Execute the Vision Store Program to maintain premium brand visibility.
• Implement planograms and secure priority displays to drive visibility.
• Conduct regular SOH counts and manage expired stock to maintain shelf standards.
• Capture store-level data and provide reports on field activities.
• Utilise sales software applications to track store performance.
• Deliver on IDP sales targets and secure promotional deals.
• Support roving merchandisers and coordinate with field teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with store managers and pharmacy staff.
• Adhere to POPIA and company policies in all field interactions.
