Placements24 is seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Production Supervisor to manage daily operations at a George, Western Cape facility. You will lead production line teams, ensure GMP and SOP compliance, and drive quality and efficiency across shifts.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and a focus on safety and documentation. This on-site role offers growth in a well-equipped facility in the Western Cape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field (e.g., Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology).
• 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Thorough understanding of GMP principles and pharmaceutical production processes.
• Experience with various pharmaceutical dosage forms and manufacturing technologies.
• Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in record-keeping and documentation for pharmaceutical production.

About the Role

Our client, a reputable pharmaceutical manufacturer, is seeking an experienced and proactive Pharmaceutical Production Supervisor to manage and oversee day-to-day operations at their facility in George, Western Cape, ZA . This role is integral to ensuring the efficient and compliant production of high-quality pharmaceutical products. Key Responsibilities
