The successful candidate will hold a Chemical or Mechanical Engineering degree with 7+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, deep cGMP knowledge, and hands-on experience with process validation, equipment qualification, and sterile production.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of new pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, yield, and cost while maintaining quality.
• Develop and execute process validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot deviations and equipment malfunctions, implementing corrective actions.

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Engineer to join their operations in George, Western Cape . Key Responsibilities
