• Create regional sales plans aligned with objectives.
• Support reps and key account managers daily.
• Evaluate performance and report regional sales results.
• Identify hiring needs and train new staff.
• Deliver annual budgets and monthly business reviews.
• Analyze market trends and opportunities for growth.
• Lead field visits and coaching to raise standards.
• Maintain system compliance for sales tools (SOP).
