Placements24 seeks a dynamic Pharmaceutical Project Manager to join our client in Benoni. You will lead pharmaceutical projects from planning through closing, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Pharmacy or related field, with 5+ years PM experience in pharma and PMP is a plus. Hybrid work model in Gauteng region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Admin, or related field; PMP is a plus.
• 5+ years in project management, with at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects from initiation to closure.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including R&D, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, and marketing.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders through regular meetings and status reports.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained, organized, and accessible.
