Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical product lifecycle, regulatory affairs, and R&D processes.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage pharmaceutical projects, including drug development, regulatory submissions, and product launches.
• Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and report on project status to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project methodologies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
