You will lead a team of production operators, manage daily schedules, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards in a busy production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Thorough understanding of cGMP and pharmaceutical processes and quality systems.
• Strong leadership, team management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment in Bloemfontein.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of production operators.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and safety regulations in the production area.
• Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods within the production area.
