Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field.
• 2–3 years supervisory experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong GMP and aseptic processing knowledge.
• Experience with production planning, optimization, and quality control.
• Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of production operators, providing training and performance management.
• Ensure GMP, SOPs, and regulatory compliance in all activities.
• Monitor processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and yield.
• Manage production schedules, resources, and inventory of materials and finished goods.
• Oversee equipment operation/maintenance, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Maintain detailed production records and documentation.
