About the Role

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with stringent regulatory standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of production supervisors, operators, and technical staff.
• Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Develop and manage production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resource allocation and minimizing costs.
• Oversee the implementation of process improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Manage departmental budgets, capital expenditures, and inventory control for manufacturing supplies.
• Ensure a safe working environment through rigorous adherence to safety protocols and EHS regulations.

Requirements
