Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics coordination or supply chain roles, preferably in pharma.
• Knowledge of logistics software and inventory management systems.
• Understanding of cold chain logistics and pharmaceutical handling requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, often in hybrid or operational setting in Upington.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of pharmaceutical goods including warehousing, inventory management, and transportation.
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers and 3PL providers for smooth operations.
• Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules and address delays or issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulations related to storage and transportation of pharmaceutical products (temperature control).
• Manage inventory levels, conduct stock takes and optimize stock rotation.
• Prepare shipping manifests, customs declarations and delivery reports.
