Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end pharmaceutical supply chain including procurement, inventory mgmt, warehousing, and distribution.
• Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure timely movement of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished products; optimize stock and reduce stockouts.
• Ensure GDP compliance and pharmaceutical storage requirements are met.
• Track shipments, manage customs docs, and resolve logistical delays.
• Collaborate with QA to manage recalls, returns, and product traceability.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging components, and finished products, implementing strategies to optimize stock and minimize stock-outs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and pharmaceutical storage requirements.

• Collaborate with quality assurance to manage product recalls, returns, and ensure product traceability.

Requirements
