Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.

• Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates), and implement data-driven adjustments.
• Develop compelling ad copy and creative assets, and conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Manage campaign budgets meticulously, ensuring optimal spend and adherence to financial targets.
• Generate detailed performance reports, providing insights and strategic recommendations for future campaigns and overall marketing strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist , Paid Search Specialist, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful paid campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of major PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar for campaign tracking and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-first approach to marketing.
• Excellent copywriting skills for ad creation and optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
