Job summary

Octane Marketing in Tokai, Cape Town, is seeking a hands-on performance marketing lead who will own multi-channel lead campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and beyond.

From strategy through to reporting, you will manage the full campaign lifecycle, use our in-house Qlik Sense analytics, and brief creative and CRM teams to ensure sharp messaging and scalable results.

In addition to base pay, you will participate in a profit-sharing scheme tied to campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, run, and optimise multi-channel lead campaigns across Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Own the full campaign lifecycle—from strategy to setup, testing, budgeting, and optimisation.
• Track CPL, conversions, and contactability; balance cost with lead quality.
• Use our in-house Qlik Sense reporting to turn data into decisions.
• Manage pacing and budgets; spot opportunities to scale efficiently.
• Brief creative, content, and CRM teams to keep messaging sharp and nurture leads.
• Run ongoing tests on audiences, creative, bidding, and formats.
• Keep an eye on emerging platforms and trends worth trying.
• Take real accountability for performance and commercial outcomes.
