We hire a Performance Creative Designer to turn briefs into scroll-stopping static ads, video edits, and UGC cuts, working inside a pod and growing into leadership on the design team over time. You'll start by delivering high-quality assets and supporting teammates as a reliable peer.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in performance creative and paid-social design. Standout portfolio preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce assigned paid-social assets (static ads, video edits, UGC cuts) on-brief and on-deadline for multiple client accounts.
• Build variations at volume for testing (hooks, formats, lengths, lead-ins).
• Interpret briefs independently with minimal guidance.
• Apply client brand systems consistently after learning them.
• Self-QA assets against brief, brand, copy, and spec before handoff.
• Keep file-naming, formats, and folders consistent across accounts.
• Provide a second set of eyes before peers' work goes to strategist/client.
• Maintain project tracker updates and flag blockers early.
• Leverage AI tools (image generation, mockups, asset cleanup) in daily workflow.
