Qualifications

• A degree in HR or a related discipline.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confidence collaborating remotely via video calls and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across teams.
• Excellent organisational skills and close attention to detail.
• Understanding of South African employment law.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, efficient HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records with data integrity and policy compliance.
• Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, offer letters and policies.
• Produce HR and recruitment reports and management information for UK and SA teams.
• Complete and record statutory and compliance documentation and checks.
• Support recruitment by advertising vacancies, coordinating interviews and screening candidates.
• Contribute to HR projects, audits and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Assist with employee-engagement activities and wider People team initiatives.
