You will work directly with employees and managers, resolve day-to-day HR issues, and ensure HR processes, systems and documentation are accurate, compliant and consistent across jurisdictions.

I’m currently recruiting for an HR Operations Manager to join the Cape Town team of a leading UK accountancy, advisory and professional services firm.

This is a hands-on HR operational role, best suited to someone who is comfortable managing the full employee lifecycle, dealing directly with employees and managers, resolving day-to-day HR issues and ensuring that HR processes, systems and documentation are accurate, consistent and legally compliant; supporting employees and managers across both the UK and South Africa.
