Qualifications

• 3–5 years of engineering experience, ideally in tech or fintech.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, JavaScript/Node).
• Experience with SaaS API integrations and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve HRIS, performance platforms, ATS, and payroll systems.
• Build automations and workflows to reduce manual work.
• Develop data pipelines for People analytics.
• Create internal tools for self-service and automation.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and compliance processes.
