Momentum is seeking an Employee Experience and Engagement Specialist to design, implement, and continuously enhance the employee experience through internal communication, events, and lifecycle practices. The role drives engagement, performance, and retention within a high-performing investment business.

Responsibilities include developing internal comms plans, delivering memorable events, and benchmarking against best practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years relevant experience in internal communication and events.
• Design experience using tools such as Adobe, Canva, etc.
• Copywriting abilities for a variety of platforms.

Responsabilités

• Design with a continuous focus on improving the employee experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Create engaging internal communications across multiple channels.
• Plan and deliver high-quality internal events and experiences.
• Coordinate employee feedback mechanisms and action planning.
• Partner with Human Capital to ensure stakeholder engagement across portfolios.
