Job summary

Sun International is seeking a People & Business Enablement Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the PBE function. The role ensures accurate employee transactions and the maintenance of workforce data to enable high-quality service delivery.

The candidate will support onboarding, offboarding and employee transactions, coordinate PBE activities and handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring service excellence in a hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Proficiency certification in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) [Required]
• Experience with an HR Information System (HRIS) [Required]

Responsibilities

• Coordinate People & Business Enablement activities and maintain workforce data.
• Support onboarding, offboarding and employee transactions.
• Handle confidential employee information with discretion.
• Coordinate meetings, interviews and training sessions for the PBE function.
