Job summary

Shoprite Group of Companies is seeking a People Delivery Assistant for Freshmark Home Office in Brackenfell, Western Cape. You will support HR processes from recruitment to onboarding, training, and reporting, ensuring accurate records in SAP.

The role involves administering leave, contracts, staff letters, and dashboards, with cross-team collaboration and a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required or equivalent.
• B-Tech, Diploma, or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
• Strong computer literacy and HR systems experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Head Office HR registers and employee records.
• Scan and upload employment documentation onto SAP.
• Generate employment contracts and monitor movements.
• Prepare staff letters and certificates, including appointment and long-service documentation.
• Coordinate psychometric assessments for management appointments.
• Leave administration and processing on SAP for Head Office employees.
• Capture training information and learnership data on SAP.
• Compile HR management reports and dashboards.
