Placements24 is seeking an experienced Pedagogy Consultant in Bloemfontein to guide schools and edu institutions in effective teaching and learning strategies. You will assess current pedagogical practices, design innovative methods, and support curriculum design and assessment initiatives.

The role requires deep knowledge of learning theories, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate educational research into practical recommendations for diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Education, Curriculum Studies, or a related pedagogical field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in educational consulting, curriculum development, or instructional leadership.
• Proven expertise in a wide range of pedagogical theories and learning strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective professional development programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in conducting educational research and evaluating program effectiveness.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in educational assessment and data analysis.
• A commitment to evidence-based educational practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing pedagogical practices within educational institutions.
• Develop and recommend innovative teaching and learning strategies tailored to client needs.
