• Grade 12 with Accounting and Maths; further studies in Payroll Management are advantageous.
• 3+ years of experience in a Temporary Employment Services environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage payroll components to ensure timely wage payments.
• Calculate hours, process assignees, and handle terminations as part of payroll administration.
• Audit assignee and client files for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare wage reports and maintain payroll records weekly, fortnightly, and monthly.
