Job summary

Mediclinic is seeking a Payroll Specialist to validate and capture inputs from HR and Service Centre, ensuring accurate processing in line with Mediclinic policies. You will provide payroll processing, correction advice and support to the Southern Africa region, including ER24 and Namibia.

You will also handle tax calculations (SARS), UIF, systems support and respond to payroll queries, performing validation and audits to maintain data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in Finance / Human Resources / Payroll.
• 3 year Diploma/ Degree in Finance / Payroll / Human Resources.
• At least 3 years experience in corporate payroll environment.
• 5 years experience in corporate payroll environment.
• Experience in SAP.
• Knowledge of SARS codes for tax calculation purposes and use of computerised payroll software.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To validate and capture payroll inputs supplied by either HR departments at Hospital level or Service Centre, offer payroll processing, correction advice and support these departments according to the Mediclinic policies and procedure.
