Vine Recruitment is seeking a Payroll, HR and SARS Compliance Officer to take ownership of payroll delivery, HR administration and compliance in Worcester. This role goes beyond processing, seeking an accountable professional with leadership potential to guide colleagues and clients while driving improvements.

You will manage weekly and monthly payrolls, ensure compliance with SARS and related statutory submissions, and support HR processes with POPIA-aligned records.

Qualifications

• Full-function payroll, HR administration and statutory compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of Sage Payroll (Sage 300/ VIP Premier).
• Proficiency in Excel and HR software.
• Experience with SARS eFiling, e@syFile and UIF submissions.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of weekly and monthly payroll processing.
• Manage full-function payrolls including shifts, overtime and deductions.
• Ensure payroll deadlines and service standards are met.
• Coordinate SARS and statutory compliance submissions.
• Administer HR records and onboarding documentation.
• Support disciplinary processes and CCMA matters.
• Maintain POPIA-compliant employee records.
• Assist with Employment Equity submissions and WSP/ATR submissions.
• Lead and improve payroll/HR processes and controls.
