Placements24 is seeking a precise Payroll Administrator to manage payroll processes for our client in Mahikeng. This hybrid role balances in-office and remote work to ensure accurate, on-time payments and adherence to SA payroll regulations.

The ideal candidate will process taxes and benefits, maintain employee data, and resolve payroll inquiries with strong attention to detail. A relevant qualification and experience in payroll are preferred to support financial compliance and employee

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of South African payroll regulations and tax requirements.
• Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payroll accurately and efficiently.
• Manage employee payroll information, including new hires, terminations, and changes in status.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and company payroll policies.
• Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, including submissions for statutory bodies.
• Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and systems.
