BetXchange.com is seeking a Customer Service Representative or Payments Clerk/Assistant to support the Payments team by processing customer deposits and withdrawals and ensuring accuracy in transaction handling.

This entry-level role involves daily reconciliations, monitoring payment queues, and assisting with KYC/AML compliance, while liaising with other departments to resolve payment issues and maintain smooth payment flows in a betting environment.

Qualificações

• Matric certificate required; finance-related diploma/degree advantageous.
• 1–2 years’ experience in payments, cashiering, or financial administration.
• Familiarity with online payment platforms and reconciliation processes.
• KYC/AML basics and compliance understanding.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Team player with proactive attitude and discretion with financial data.
• Willingness to work shift-based hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer deposits and withdrawals in line with company policies.
• Perform daily reconciliations of payment transactions.
• Monitor payment queues and escalate issues to the Payments Officer.
• Assist in verifying customer details for compliance with KYC and AML requirements if needed.
• Provide frontline support for payment-related customer queries.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare basic reports.
• Support the Payments Officer in fraud detection and prevention activities.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve payment issues.
