Job summary

SRG Financial Placements is seeking a skilled Pattern Maker to develop and grade patterns from design sketches and existing garments in a Durban-based facility. You will create and modify manual patterns, conduct fittings, and adjust based on feedback to ensure accurate sizing and production readiness.

• Relevant qualification in Pattern Making, Fashion Design, or Clothing Technology.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Pattern Maker.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, grading, and fit.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet critical production deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
