Role Description

We are seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to support a U.S.-based health organization focused on expanding access to high-quality mental health care. This is a non-clinical, administrative role that plays a critical part in the patient experience through scheduling, communication, and accurate system management. You'll work closely with internal teams and providers in a fully remote, async-first environment, where clear documentation, proactive communication, and ownership are essential. This role is ideal for someone with early experience in healthcare administration who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
• Respond to patient inquiries via email and live calls.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Support intake, rescheduling, and administrative follow-ups as needed.
• Ensure all communications and documentation comply with HIPAA and healthcare privacy standards
• Maintain organized internal documentation and notes using tools such as Notion and Google Workspace
• Assist with internal reporting and data tracking to support operational visibility.
