Job summary

Netcare is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors at our hospital. You will greet people, answer inquiries, route calls and support admissions and patient data entry in SAP.

The role requires excellent communication, a friendly, organized, and proactive approach, with a solid understanding of hospital operations to ensure a smooth and welcoming patient journey. You will also assist with the Netcare mobile app and handling payments as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Experience with hospital admissions and data entry in SAP is a plus.
• Ability to handle cash/card payments and receipts accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and direct them to appropriate departments.
• Assist with admissions and verify patient information in SAP.
• Manage general inquiries and handle telephone etiquette.
• Support payments processing and receipt generation.
• Assist patients with Netcare mobile app and digital platforms.
