Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and direct them to departments.
• Assist with admissions and data capture in SAP, ensuring accuracy.
• Handle general inquiries and maintain professional telephone etiquette.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and readiness every day.
• Protect patient confidentiality and comply with privacy policies and SOPs.
• Provide information about services, locations and procedures to patients and visitors.
