Clicks Group Limited in Gqeberha is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead the full Clinic Service at Unicare SchuinVilla (24hr Pharmacy). You will oversee patient-centered care, drive service excellence, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards while guiding a high-performing team.

The role requires a nursing or health sciences qualification, statutory registration, and experience in budgeting, rostering, and clinical governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing, Health Sciences, or a related clinical field is required.
• Postgraduate diploma/degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, or Business is preferred.
• Registration with SANC and a relevant professional body is required.
• ALS or infection prevention & control training is advantageous.
• Accreditation/training in QA, governance, or risk management is desirable.
• Additional registration with a healthcare management body (SAMA, CMSA) is advantageous.

• Maintain compliance with healthcare laws, infection control, and governance frameworks.
• Develop a high-performing team and lead stakeholder collaboration for integrated care.
• Provide timely information to support informed decision making and risk management.
