You will lead regional teams, manage suppliers and ensure regulatory compliance within a large retail fleet environment.

This role emphasizes strong leadership, cross-regional coordination, and a data-driven approach to improve turnaround times and service levels in passenger transport operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in fleet operations, logistics, or transport.
• Experience managing operations across multiple regions and managing suppliers/SLAs is essential.
• Experience managing a large-scale fleet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fleet Operations Execution: oversee daily performance of the passenger fleet and ensure optimal utilisation and service delivery.
• Regional Coordination & Management: align operations across regions via Fleet Coordinators and ensure consistent standards.
• Supplier Management & Performance: monitor fleet service providers and ensure SLA adherence and cost targets.
• Process & Asset Compliance: ensure licensing, maintenance, safety, and asset controls with audit readiness.
• Operational Discipline & Continuous Improvement: drive accountability, monitor KPIs, and implement improvements.
• Stakeholder Management: engage internal stakeholders to secure alignment and buy-in for initiatives.
• Team Leadership: lead 3 Regional Fleet Coordinators, set performance expectations and coach the team.
