Qualifications

• Proven experience in fleet management or a related transportation management role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and regulatory compliance.

• Ability to manage budgets and control operational costs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring optimal performance and utilization.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure vehicle safety.
• Manage driver recruitment, training, performance, and adherence to company policies.
• Ensure compliance with all local and national transportation laws and regulations.
• Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies for cost reduction.
• Manage relationships with third-party service providers, including mechanics and parts suppliers.
