Job summary

Barloworld Equipment (Pty) Ltd is seeking a warehouse associate to support daily operations at our Rustenburg facility. The role focuses on meeting and exceeding warehouse KPIs, ensuring accurate stock counts, picking, and binning while maintaining SOP-compliant safety practices.

The successful candidate will maintain stock levels, investigate discrepancies, and contribute to overall warehouse performance and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• 1-2 years warehouse and supply chain experience.
• Microsoft Excel will be an advantage.
• SAP EWM experience will be an advantage.
• Investigative orientation and problem solving.
• Customer service orientation and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure relevant daily warehouse KPI’s are exceeded.
• Comply to specifications of order type by customer within time and quality standards.
• Ensure warehouse procedures are carried out safely within the framework of compliance to SOP's.
• Ensure duties are carried out to ensure achievement of warehouse performance standards. (i.e. Maintain parts stock, reduce stock loses/damages)
• Ensure accuracy of stock counts, picking, binning.
• Effective investigation and resolution of all stock discrepancies and implement control measures.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards.
