Key Responsibilities

- Parts Cataloging & Identification: Utilize electronic parts catalogs (EPC) and technical schematics to precisely identify the correct replacement parts using vehicle VIN or chassis numbers, preventing ordering errors.
- Wholesale & Trade Account Growth: Proactively contact existing trade workshops, mechanical repair shops, panel beaters, and fleet clients to secure repeat bulk orders and expand our B2B footprint.
- Quotation & Invoicing: Generate professional, accurate cost estimates for components and accessories, follow up on pending leads, and process final sales invoices through the dealer management system.
- Workshop Integration: Work closely with the internal service department to ensure parts are quoted, pulled, and invoiced rapidly for master technicians to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Market Awareness: Keep a pulse on local market trends, competitor pricing, and stock demands to suggest targeted sales promotions or stock adjustments to management.
If you have a hunter mindset, know automotive components inside out, and love the thrill of hitting sales targets, we want to hear from you.
