Qualifications

• Grade 12 certificate is required.
• 1 year managerial experience minimum.
• 3-5 years parts experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Criminal record must be clear.
• Computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and ensure manufacturer stock levels are maintained.
• Manage cash outstanding daily and clear aged stock.
• Conduct stock takes weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Ensure Parts Sales Target and profitability are met.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and implement marketing strategies.
• Lead and develop the Parts team for high performance.
• Visit distributors, fleet owners, trade outlets and shops to sell parts and accessories.
• Ensure exchange items are returned and discount structure is correctly applied.
• Care for company assets and ensure economical use (vehicle, etc.).
