You will identify and secure partnerships, develop compelling proposals, negotiate agreements, and oversee collaboration delivery, all in a hybrid work setting that supports community impact in the Western Cape.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in business development, partnership management, or corporate relations.
• Proven ability to identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of nonprofit landscape and CSR.
• Experience securing funding or in-kind support.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with potential strategic partners, including corporate sponsors, government bodies, and other NGOs.
• Develop compelling proposals and presentations to articulate partnership opportunities and benefits.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
• Oversee the implementation and management of existing partnerships, ensuring successful collaboration and delivery of agreed-upon outcomes.
• Represent our client at networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to promote partnership opportunities.
• Track and report on partnership activities, contributions, and the overall value generated by these collaborations.
