• Coordinate and execute partner campaigns and loyalty offers.
• Manage partner performance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful programme delivery.
• Oversee partner integrations, rewards fulfilment, and issue resolution.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, including POPIA and internal governance standards.
• Analyse partner performance data and provide insights to improve member engagement and programme effectiveness.

Your Responsibilities Include
