The Surge is seeking a confident, target-driven Part-time Telesales Consultant to join our South African team. You will sell advertising placements, build client relationships, and conduct phone or video calls while working remotely from Cape Town.

This role offers a starting rate of R530 per day, with potential to rise to R950+ per day after 3 months based on performance, plus attractive monthly bonuses and opportunities for growth.

We're an international digital concierge and advertising platform looking for a confident, target-driven telesales consultant to join our growing South African team.

Role

• Sell advertising placements to local businesses, strong sales ability
• Build client relationships
• Conduct phone and occasional video calls
• Work remotely
• This is a performance-based sales role with weekly targets.

Hours

• 1 Day per week (with possibility to increase optional)
• 8-hour day (1-hour lunch break)
• Flexible scheduling
• Immediate start
