• Honours degree in Business Management or Business Administration required.
• Master's or PhD in Business Management, Business Administration, Management or relevant cognate field preferred.
• 2–3 years lecturing or formal tutoring experience.
• Online lecturing experience at tertiary level advantageous.
• Professional accounting/auditing designation or relevant registration advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Monitoring and evaluating engagement on the Learner Management System.
• Track Students’ success rates at modular level.
• Provide continuous student support and development.
• Deliver Online Teaching and learning.
• Coordinate Programme Committee meetings and contributions to programme improvements.
• Subject/module consultations and timely marking with quality feedback.

Job Purpose:

The role of the incumbent is to facilitate all aspects of the teaching and learning process. The role includes the implementation of the teaching and learning strategies to improve the quality of teaching and learning and meet delivery outcomes and to promote and encourage research and innovation in teaching and learning.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for Teaching and Learning Delivery in respect of:

• Monitoring and evaluating engagement on the Learner Management System.
• Students’ success rates at modular level.
• Continuous student support and development.
• Online Teaching and learning.
• Programme Coordination Committee meetings.
• Contributes to programme improvements (content and assessments).
• Subject/module consultations.
• Marking on time in order to provide students with quality feedback.

Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications

• Minimum:Honours degree in Business Management, Business Administration
• Alternatively: Master's or PhD in Business Management, Business Administration, Management or a relevant cognate field.

Experience

• 2–3 years' lecturing or formal tutoring experience
• Online lecturing experience at a Tertiary level is advantageous
• Professional accounting/auditing designation or relevant professional registration will be advantageous.
